8. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate the Services under conditions specified in our agreement. Upon termination:

• I will return or securely destroy your confidential information as requested

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

My total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in dispute.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

I warrant that the Services will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Force Majeure

I will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing my obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond my reasonable control.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary, and finally by the courts of Bulgaria.

13. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website. Your continued use of my Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer under Bulgarian law, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
